I'm not sure what the headline refers to, but the depiction of partying houses in a row is hilarious.

A funnier caption would be "House Party." "Row Houses Gone Wild" needs more allusion to its possible intended reference, "Girls Gone Wild."

The "gone wild" caption usually pertains to college girls stripping. Not sure how the connection makes it with row houses. Could the row houses, expose themselves? These look like happy, hardworking row houses as opposed to drunk slutty row houses.
